Self Defense
Our aim is
to help students avoid dangerous situations if possible & to
protect themselves if they are victimized. Much like a defensive
driving course helps you to avoid accidents, a good self defense
course can help you to practice good protection habits and self
defense skills. We train our students to be aware of their surroundings
and to identify possible threats, to avoid placing themselves
in a dangerous situation, and to protect and defend themselves
if they do find themselves in a confrontation. We work with physical
skills, attaining the proper self defense mindset and building
self esteem and confidence. Please ask about our women's self
